Methods and objectives of our activity


In order to guarantee a product/service aimed at the maximum satisfaction of its customers, and more generally, of all interested parties, IGNAZZI SRL defines the following as reference principles of its Quality Policy:

In order to focus on the customer and stakeholders, IGNAZZI SRL is committed to understanding the needs of customers and plans its activities to fully satisfy them.


Likewise, it operates in compliance with the requests and requirements:

  • Of the reference market
  • Of the country in which it operates, complying with laws and regulations
  • Of all parties involved in their critical processes


IGNAZZI SRL chooses to apply a process approach within its company, identifying the different activities of the organisation as processes to be planned, controlled and constantly improved, and activates the resources to best implement them.


IGNAZZI SRL manages its processes so that they are univocal:

  • The objectives to be pursued and the expected results;
  • The associated responsibilities and resources employed.


The leadership of IGNAZZI SRL takes responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS, making available all the necessary resources and ensuring that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and strategic directions of the organisation. It also communicates the importance of the QMS and actively involves all interested parties, coordinating and supporting them.


IGNAZZI SRL plans its processes with a risk-based thinking (RBT) approach in order to implement the most suitable actions to evaluate and treat risks associated with the processes and to exploit and strengthen the identified opportunities;

Promotes at all levels an adequate sense of proactivity in managing one's own risks.


IGNAZZI SRL is aware that the involvement of staff and all stakeholders, combined with the active participation of all collaborators, is a primary strategic element. 


It promotes the development of internal professionalism and the careful selection of external collaborations in order to equip itself with competent and motivated human resources.


It sets itself the permanent objective of improving the performance of its QMS.


The preliminary assessment of risks and opportunities related to business processes, internal and external verification activities, and Management review are the tools that the organisation implements to constantly improve itself.


Customer satisfaction is achieved with a constant desire for improvement and professional preparation.


IGNAZZI SRL must be recognised by Customers as a highly professional, flexible company, aimed at satisfying and retaining the Customer.


The primary task is for the Client to recognise this commitment, which must be pursued, in strict compliance with current regulations, in all our activities.


The tool chosen for the pursuit of its Policy by the Organisation is a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001 ed. 2015 standard.
